A couple laugh together as they walk through a shower of petal confetti. — Capturing Poll & Net’s day was such a joy—it honestly felt like I was photographing a friend’s wedding. There was so much love and emotion in the room, and it was beautiful to witness. Here’s a little glimpse into their special day!

Poll and Net had the ultimate summer adventure, eloping in Las Vegas (how cool is that?!). Later, they gathered their loved ones for a blessing back in the UK at the stunning Ravenswood in West Sussex. It was my first time there, and the venue couldn’t have been more perfect.

Getting Ready Together

I joined Poll and Net in the getting ready room, a large space, with plenty of mirrors for everyone to use. The mimosas were flowing and there was so much excitement for the day ahead. Net popped down to the ceremony room to practice walking down the aisle with her dad, helping ease any nerves Before long, (the mornings always fly by) it was time to get dressed! Poll and Net headed to separate rooms to get ready, so they wouldn’t see each other until walking down the aisle. Net had her first look with her dad before heading to their ceremony!

Personal Vows and a Friend-Led Blessing

The ceremony room was beautifully decorated with pink dried flowers, tying in perfectly with their pink theme. Poll added a personal touch by designing all the signs and stationery. It made the space feel even more special and truly their own. Their blessing was a relaxed, heartfelt affair, with a family friend leading the ceremony. Poll and Net’s vows were beautiful, full of love and emotion, and crying happy tears. Afterward, confetti flew, and I captured some of my favorite shots, you can see the joy on their faces!

Dinner and Dancing at Ravenswood

We snuck away for some portraits before the winter evening crept in, perfectly timed to capture the golden light. Speeches were filled with more happy tears, and soon, the dining room transformed into a dance floor—complete with a giant disco ball! Before hitting the dance floor, Poll and Net cut their cake, which Poll had baked herself (talk about multi-talented!). Net had a quick outfit change into a fabulous jumpsuit, perfect for a night of dancing with family and friends, and they truly celebrated in style.
